If you send bulk that does not meet the requirements below, it will be returned to you at your expense.

Bulk is considered to be any Pokémon card that is:

1. Near Mint

2. NOT a non-foil basic energy (special energy is fine as well as reverse holo basic energy!)

3. Not counterfeit

4. No world championship cards

5. We ask that when selling us bulk, please do not send us bulk that is sorted alphabetically, by set, type, color, nor by edition. Please sort by rarity (i.e. C/U vs. Rare vs. Reverse). We would like the bulk to be random, similar to how the cards would come out of a booster pack.

6. Trainers DO count as bulk

7. Code cards are NOT considered bulk and do not count towards your count!

8. Bulk can be from any set EXCEPT for prize series packs, as long as it meets the requirements above. As a store that runs officially sanctioned Pokémon events, we are NOT allowed to buy or sell cards from prize packs in any capacity, so we cannot take these cards for trade-ins, even from bulk. Bulk cards may also not be Promotional cards given to us directly by pokemon to hand out. This includes: Illustration Contest promos, Pokemon Day promos, Pokemon League Promos, and some others. Please be advised that all bulk rates below are the STORE CREDIT payout amounts. All cash or check payouts will be at 75% of the store credit rates.

Energy: $0.005 ($5 per 1,000 cards)

Commons / Uncommons: $0.015 ($15 per 1,000 Cards) 

Reverse Holo Commons / Uncommons / Promo Foils / Unique Foils: $0.05

Rares / Holo Rares / Reverse Holo Rares / ACE SPEC / Prism Star / Radiant: $0.07

Poke Ball Holos: $0.10

Rare BREAK / Amazing Rare: $0.25

Shiny Vault Rare: $0.25

Trainer Gallery / Galarian Gallery / Illustration Rare: $0.75

EX (Black/White & XY Era) / GX / V / ex (Scarlet/Violet era): $1.00

Full Art Pokemon / Full Art Supporters: $1.00

Rainbow Rare / Gold Secret Rare: $1.00

VSTAR/VMAX: $1.25

Master Ball Holo: $2.00

Rainbow Rare / Gold Secret Rare VMAX/VSTAR (excluding Black Gallery VMAX): $6.00

In addition to the above requirements, DO NOT sleeve any bulk cards that are being traded in for $1.25 or less before sending them to us. This adds labor and time on our end as we have to un-sleeve all of the cards before processing the order. If your cards are sleeved when they arrived us, any rarity Holo Rare and lower will be processed at a rate of $0.005/card. Any higher rarity card (valued $0.10-$1.25) left in sleeves will have 50% of the total value subtracted from the total. Feel free to keep any cards of higher rarities (Master Ball Holos, Rainbow Rare VMAX, etc.) in their sleeves before sending.The Game Capital has the right to refuse any trade-in for any reason. Once we process your trade-in, it is final. If you are not comfortable with these rules or with the values listed above, please DO NOT submit your trade-in.Payouts for mailed trade-ins are for Store Credit only.
